Резюме

Изследвана е спецификата на процесите, съпътстващи присъединяването на България и Румъния към ЕС и след това – на примера на взаимовръзката между външна търговия и икономически растеж. Проследени са динамиката и промените в структурата на външната търговия в сравнителен план между двете страни, като е направен опит да се установи по какъв начин те влияят върху темповете на икономически растеж. Анализът обхваща периода 2007-2018 г., който е избран, защото отразява времето от началото на членството на България и Румъния в ЕС досега.
