ЕВРОФОНДОВЕТЕ И ИКОНОМИЧЕСКИЯТ РАСТЕЖ В БЪЛГАРИЯ

Резюме

Анализирани са финансовите средства, постъпващи по линия на Структур- ните и Кохезионния фонд в България, представени като разходната дейност от бюджета на ЕС, и връзката с икономическия растеж. Използвани са три- месечни статистически данни, обхващащи периода 2008-2014 г., с включени 28 наблюдения. За изчисление на коефициентите и интерпретация на резултатите е приложена стандартна линейна регресия под формата на метод на най-малките квадрати. Резултатите от емпиричния анализ показват, че между финансовите средства от бюджета на ЕС и икономическия растеж на България е налице правопропорционална статистически значима връзка. Предпоставя се, че извършените разходите през анализирания период по линия на Структурните и Кохезионния фонд водят до повишаване на икономическия растеж на страната с около 1%.
