  The problems concerning the financial and economic crisis are multifaceted. The focus on the institutional and behavioral foundations of crisis and bankruptcy reveals another aspect - of the behavior of the human factor and the psychological reasons for emerging of crisis situations. The behavior of the market subjects throughout the crisis is not less significant for coming out of it and for setting up a sustainable market. The analysis of the flexible crisis network as the last obstacle before the bankruptcy justifies the search of new forms of market behavior, matching up the available conditions.

  Nature and Dynamics of the Human Factor Management and Development Function within the Organization

  The insight into the global dynamics of human factor management and development within the organization is of paramount importance to optimize the practical approaches in a certain sphere. In order to meet this main target the article studies the key parameters of the so-called functional management and the specific dimensions of this function. Its dynamic is refracted through the prism into several stages. Some medium-term and long-term forecasts are highlighted for the forthcoming challenges, facing the human factor management and development function.

  Opportunities to Establish Farm Cooperatives in the Republic of Bulgaria

  The author proves his idea that western-type farm cooperatives should be established for the successful development of the Bulgarian agriculture. The opportunities are pointed out for launching of credit, supply, purchase, processing and distribution farm cooperatives towards a competitive agriculture sector. It is necessary to provide for rural development, efficient use of the subsidies from domestic government and European funds, keeping a high level of farmers' income and the production of healthy foods for the population.

  Formulating a Research Topic: from Necessary Prerequisites to More Precise Requirements

  The current trend is to defend theses with headings which are not precise enough, resulting in inevitable difficulties both for the applicant for doctor's degree and for the members of the specialized board. The research topic is the object of the analysis and the subject of the analysis is the mechanism of its formulation. Descriptive assessment approach is adopted.
  The study consists of three topical units: preconditions, requirements and axioms of formulating the research topic. The author has tried to describe the overall technology of formulating such a topic and to point out the most frequent failures of this process.
